Abstract:
     The rotary and folding method is a method using disc (ring) and steel wires to fold transversally. On the two coaxial discs, several steel wires are fixed uniformly. The two ends of each steel wire are fixed to different discs respectively, so as to make the wires and the idscs form a device, which enables the wires to be folded freely along with the relative rotation of the two discs. After opened, the whole device is shaping like a blossoming flower. The inven also includes rotary and folding rain-sun cap, rotary and folding umbrella and fan. Among them, the rotary and folding umbrellas can be made into automatic umbrellas in simple structure as well as large umbrellas which are the products of new generation and may be manually operated or electrically operated umbrellas-umbrella pavilion.
