Abstract:
     The present umbrella is used to shield from both rain and sun light. It can be opened and closed automatically and easily to use just by one hand. The driving force to open and close the said umbrella is provided by a main pressing spring. When the lower end of the main pressing spring is linked with the upper hook on the slim stick, the umbrella is opened and when it is disjoined, the umbrella is closed. When the umbrella stick is pressed short to enable the main pressing spring to accumulate energy, a locking device keeps the umbrella closed. The basic frame of the umbrella is composed of upper stick, lower stick, pulling stick, pressing stick, etc. The said frame is foldable and the top part of the frame is able to draw back and turn outward. The said frame button makes the upper hook draw back through the coupled stick. The heavy weight in the handle may slip into the opening button to prevent the accidental opening of the umbrella.
