Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an automatic detection system by using bar code to make location and its method. It can be used for detecting colour surface of three-dimensional product with bar code, and is composed of light source device, image picking device and arithmetic processing device. The above-mentioned image picking device can pick up image of three-D product from different bearings to form two-D plane representing the surface of said three-D product, then the bar code can be used to make location and regulate position of plane image, then the obtained plane image is used to compare with prestored image so as to fine out the defects on the surface of tested product, and raise its detection accuracy and speed.
