Abstract:
     The material for umbrella struts and stem of the invented method is a kind of rolled glass steel which is composited with fiber glass wire bunches and plastic injected enveloping layers. The manufactural method of umbrella struts is that uses the glass steel umbrella strut as core mould and injects plastics forming supplimentary parts and completes the method of umbrella strut assembling. The spacific gravity of strut and stem material is small and no corrosion. The glass fiber wire bunches through the prestress treatment of tension, the rigidity and elasticity of shaped material are all risen. The invented method can make the umbrella strut structure unitized into an organic whole and the secure of connection between the parts is also risen. There fore, adopting the invented material and production method, the wt. of umbrella can be reduced and can be beautified. So it can lift up the product grade and production efficiency.
