Abstract:
     The main points of this invention are: many optical fibers are extruded from multi-core die of extruder, synchronously coated dried and arranged into a flat strip, and immersed in a binding solution to bind it into a strip material, and dried again, and then it is wound into a roll. The advantage of this invention is that optical fiber strip material is formed only in one operation with less working procedure, plain and smooth appearance and high light conductivity. The productivity is greatly increased and the cost, the labor intensity are greatly reduced.
