Abstract:
     The present invention provides one learning aid and office article. Up to now, the method of evenly dividing a circle is either calculation method or direct measuring method. The present invention also provides one comprehensive calculation and measuring method of evenly dividing a circle and the method incldues simple calculation and using simple tools of the present invention. The present invention can drawing many inscribed regular polygon of a circle and with several decades or even hundred sides fast and accurate. The circle dividing instrument incldues two scaled wheels, two index dials and other parts and is developed based on that concentric circles of different diameters have unchanged angles.
