Abstract:
     The invention provides a method for digital sound message sampling. It installs a software program into a computer, which is used to compute the pulse response of sampling rate converting filter according to inner weighting minimum mean square root calculus method. The calculus method can be configured in a digital signal processor or a special integrated circuit. Thus, the invention decreases the computing orders. The character of the method lies in: the pulse response software program of the sampling rate converting filter is installed in a computer, the relative frequency spectrum has notches at places where are the times of the sampling frequency, which can be supplied to SRC filter to generate frequency response further.
