Abstract:
     The steel rolling simulating system as one single layer simulating system with process computer may be used in the comprehensive debugging, field cold load measurement and hot load measurement of the simulating application system. The steel rolling simulating system includes three parts: 1. plan simulator to simulate the steel rolling plan from the production managing computer; 2. steel drawing simulator to simulate the steel drawing message from the heating furnace to create tracking initiation pointer, to insert request initiation event and to prepare the automatic event sending of subsequent event; and 3. automatic event simulator to simulate various messages from automatic rolling base system to create simulating message and subsequent event. The automatic event simulator can simulate all the process relevant events in the production line.
