Abstract:
     The invention relates to a slide rule, particularly relating to a circular slide rule, composed of a static piece, an active piece and at least two corresponding connection pieces. As compared with a ruler-shaped slide rule, it has the advantages of: 1. small bulk and low cost; 2. (obtaining the scale by calculating formula) being able to obtain the first order approximate roots of cubic equation and four-degree equation by the scale; 3. providing a tool for the simple and direct utilization of the Taler progression.
