     The present invention is human rhythm calendar and its construction method. Three kinds of human rhythm states are expressed in digits or symbols, and the human rhythm state values of person(s) are marked in every date of calendar based on the birthday(s). With the human rhythm calendar, the human rhythm state values may be checked easily and directly as long as knowing the birthday.
