Abstract:
     The invention relates to a micro flow control chip kit used in DNA computer. The kit is set a DNA computer micro flow control chip, a set of restriction endonuclease reaction reagent, a set of ligase reaction reagent, a set of polymerase chain reaction reagent, and a bottle of electrophoretic buffer and standard nucleic acid segment. The invention firstly substitutes micro flow control chip technique for the current using test tube or superficial operation, and offers a possible flat roof for setting a proper DNA computer by its exact and controllable operation and large-scale integration.
