Abstract:
     The invention relates to a charging method and system without need of stopping vehicle, especially it relates to electric charging system of vehicles and roads. In the method, the car borne device, which stores the information of the vehicle, is installed on the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the entrance of the electric charging channel without need of stopping vehicle, the station level device of the road data collection and process system reads out the vehicle information in the car borne device. With matched vehicle data being called from the database, the system lets the vehicle pass the station and stores the records that are up loaded to the data management center of the road data collection and process system. When the vehicle passes the exit, the station level device also reads out the vehicle information in the car borne device.
