Abstract:
     The combined pictophonetic Chinese character input method has the following features. The whole code consists of phonetic code plus configuration code. The phonetic codes include one-key input vowel codes a, e and o, other two-key input vowel codes, and Chinese character codes comprising initial code element and vowel code. Each of the configuration codes is the characteristic character component code. The word input method is similar to that in five-stroke input method, with each three-character word being input via the initial codes of the characters.
