Abstract:
     A multi-fold automatic folding umbrella with simple structure, small size and light weight is composed of main holding rod, rib assemblage, umbrella-opening spring, umbrella-closing spring, control mechanism and umbrella top. The top ribs are pivoted to central part of lower supporting rib, whose external end is pinned to near-internal end of tail rib, whose internal end is pivoted with external end of internal connecting rib, whose internal end is pinned to near-external end of top rib. Said control mechanism is composed of pull string and pressing button that is elastically embedded in hole on handle at lower end of main holding rod. Said pull string has two ends respectively tied to lower cavity and pull rod.
