Abstract:
     A method for forming stereo labels or badges features that a surface layer, which is made of thermoplastic material or other material with thermoplastic bottom and has metallic film, or transparent or semi-transparent colour film on its surface is fixed to substrate by high-frequency electrothermal appts. in heating and die-pressing mode. Said dies for die pressing is composed of movable upper die and fixed lower die. The upper die has cutting edge to fuse partial surface layer. The lower die has cutting edge for fitting with the upper die. On heating and die pressing, part of surface is broken and other is extruded into desired pattern while fured material penetrate into substrate for firm joint.
