Abstract:
     A case for a wristwatch, wherein a timepiece movement and an inner frame connecting member for fixedly holding the timepiece movement in the axial direction of a cylindrical shape is stored in a timepiece case body having mirror-polished inner and outer peripheral surfaces, formed of a transparent hard material, and formed in a generally hollow cylindrical shape or a hollow polygonal generally cylindrical shape, a cover body having a connection part with the inner frame connection member is disposed at both end opening parts of the timepiece case body, both end opening parts of the timepiece case body are covered by the cover bodies, and the cover bodies are fixedly connected to the end parts of the inner frame connection member integrally with each other.
