Abstract:
     The invention relates to a deep corrosion treatment technology for the surface of silver coin butt. The feature is the following steps: oil removing, the first water washing, the first spraying, hot air drying, etching, the second water washing, the second spraying, dipping into dilute nitric acid, the first counter-flow wash, the first ultra wash, the second counter-flow wash, the second ultra wash, blowing to dry, drying, cooling and coining. The invention takes deep corrosion treatment for the silver coin butt to form an obstacle film that can improve the durable of the coining module under the precondition of ensuring the surface quality of the product.
