Abstract:
     The continuous zipper is formed by a row of zipper teeth with a single plastic thread weaved into the cotton band, which is constructed by the warp and two continuous woofs. On the single side of tooth band, there is a continuous spiral thread containing the zipper tooth band, tooth arm and rear continuous ring, and the zipper tooth head passes to the tooth arm. The cross-section of the single plastic thread of zipper tooth row is in the form of an ellipse with the major and minor axes. The major axis, in the nearby of zipper tooth head, is arranged longitudinally along zipper tooth band, and in the nearby of rear continuous ring, is perpendicular to the tooth band.The gap between the upper and lower laid tooth arms is less than the minor axis of ellipse.The max. value of the height of zipper tooth row relative to the cotton band surface is 1.5 times of the major axis of ellipse.There are low elastic warps in the tooth band and they are located only in the weaved place of zipper teeth.
