Abstract:
     A plastic buckle comprises a concave part and a convex part, at least one of which has two bars with a number of knuckles connected between the inner surfaces of the backward extended portion of the side walls. A narrow strip, belt, etc. can be locked on the bars with knuckles, so that the effective length of the narrow strip, belt, etc. may be adjusted.
