Abstract:
     This invention provides a producing method of polypropylene fibre single silk, used for producing a new mushroom hasp, its characteristic is to use isotactic polypropylene with higher molecular weight in a wider distribution range as raw materials and a cooling forming technology with special melting spinning. So,the property of the polypropylene fibre single silk produced by this invention differs from that of normal polypropylene fibre single silk, in the hot melting process for producing mushroom hasps, the fomer possesses unique performance for taking the shape of mushroom. The mushroom hasps produced from the product is applicable to those protecting shroud hasps (for example the hood for the military facilities in the field), fire clothing hasps, tent hasps and clothing hasps etc in the cases where it is necessary to open or close them quickly.
