| The invention has a belt body with its right and left end connected to a right and left ring respectively; an adjustment belt also passing through the right and left rings with one end connected to the ring of a return piece and the other end passing through a fixing ring and another ring of the return piece, turned back at the stop and finally clamped down by a fixing piece pivoted to the outside of the fixing ring. Hence, the fixing piece can be opened to regulate, by balanced fine adjustment, the distance from the left end to the right end of the belt. | |||
