    A controlling method and controlling circuit for the phase-shifting entire bridge circuit, the method includes: step 101, loading determinant circuit compares and reflects the loading degree signal of the phase-shifting entire bridge circuit and the definite norm signal of the phase-shifting entire bridge circuit; step 102, reduces the switch time of the phase-shifting entire bridge circuit switch tube in the unit time if the load is light load, otherwise return to the step 101. The controlling circuit includes the signal generant module, the bias circuit connecting with the signal generant circuit that controls the switch time of the switch tube in the unit time correspondingly according to the load of the phase-shifting entire bridge circuit, in order to reduce the waste of the circuit and improve the reliability of the circuit.
