Abstract:
    This invention discloses a type of optical source current drive which power was supplied by 3.3V single-ended voltage, consists of serial DA convertor, 2.5V output basic voltage source, two operational amplifiers and a triode. Signals from control end was received by the DA convertor and transformed to analog voltage VD and then output to operational amplifier A. Basic voltage was provided by 2.5V output basic voltage source. Signals from operational amplifier A was amplified again by amplifier B and output to ASE laser source. The drive in this invention could provide 0-230mA export current and its stability could reach to 0.15-0.3%.
