Abstract:
     The primary technical feature of this invention is to control the braking mechanism according to the rotation speeds of the braked wheel and the non-braked wheel (the standard wheel) so as to maintain a kind of relation between the rotation speed of the braked wheel in the brading process and the rotation speed of the non-braked wheel (the standard wheel). This invention can be used for the braking of such as the vehicle, motorbike, train, plane etc.. The braking can make the braked wheel be approached to a critical state from rolling to sliding relating to a road surface in the braking process.
