Abstract:
     The present invention provides a branch-duct flow adjustor for a blast furnace coal-ejector. It uses an adjustable coal powder feeder driven by a numerically-controlled cylinder. The feeder utilizes the principle of fluidization and possesses smooth linear adjusting property. In the said adjustor, the instantaneous mass flow of the solid-phase (i.e. coal powder) of the two-phase flow (coal powder and air) in the duct can be adjusted automatically based on the deviation between the measured value and the preset value.
