Abstract:
     Speed control method and associate device for railway transportation equipment are to be used in railway points switchyard for decelerating and accelerating transport vehicles. During the operation of speed control, pressure element is guided into a ringlike empty chamber which is in the wheel. The empty chamber consists of web hub, and inner circular surface of the rim and is located on the inner side or outer side of the wheel. The pressure element exerts force on an arbitrary point of one of the two areas of the inner surface of the rim. The areas are located on the two sides of an imaginary plane"a-a" which passes through the wheel axis and the contact point B of the wheel and the rail.
