Abstract:
     It can be used to test in X, Y, Z directions the rocks, concretes and other cubic specimens for their pressure building-up, syncro loading and holding-pressure setting according to the different proportions, under a simulated actual operating condition, by which method providing the scintific and reliable foundation for the design and construction. This system utilizes a eletro-hydraulic proportional technique. The oils in three directions are supplied by the hydraulic pumps respectively, and the pressure in X, Y directions is increased by several times with the aid of a pressuring unit and then fed to a loading hydraulic cylinder. The loading proportions and holding-pressure positions in three directions can be preselected by a proportional controller, and the loading forces in all directions are controlled using an electro-hydraulic proportional discharge valve.
