Abstract:
     The present invention is suitable for assessing and controlling the degree of dryness of common agricultural product materials. Its particularity resides in that thermal sensor is used to determine the temp. of the material being oven-dried, and to assess directly the degree of dryness of said material. The temp. is also used as control signal, to control in real time the degree of dryness of the material. Compased to existing techniques, said technique can assess rapidly and accurately, the control is simple and reliable.
