| The present invention relates to a kind of instrument equiped with single chip microprocessor for measuring the specific gravity and density and controlling the density of welding flux. The said instrument consists of floating type specific gravity sensor, amplifying circuit, A/D convertor circuit, single chip microprocessor, display and control circuits. The error compensation and specific gravity control are carried out by software programming of the microprocessor. The said instrument is used especially in mass production for real time measuring and regulating the welding flux specific gravity (including liquid with low specific gravity). Besides, it can also be used for measuring the temp. and turbidity of solutions when it is fitted with corresponding peripheral equipment. It has the advantages of easy operation, wide range measurement and high accuracy. It is suitable for chemical industry and medical department to do solution density control, etc.. | |||
