Abstract:
     The present invention is related to an energy-saving power-limiting check valve of centrifugal pump. It consists of a valve body with double-direction valve seat, a single-direction valve disk, a piston system acting for controlling and a valve plate with opened hole. The piston system is composed of cylinder, piston, piston rod, rubber membrane and spring. The cylinder top is equipped with the rubber membrane, valve plate. The piston is connected with the end of the piston rod and is formed into the throttle mechanism and the counterpressure driving mechanism with the valve seat and the membrane respectively. The cylinder inner chamber is connected with atomosphere by the through hole. After the said valve is used, the power of the motor co-operated with the pump can be reduced by 20-30%; If the motor isn't changed, it can increase the blade wheel to raise the pump output or increase the pump stage to raise the pump lift.
