     The time limiting instrument consists of casing and circuit board. On the casing panel, there are superhigh brightness indicator screen with ten min place, min place and time unit place, remote control receiving head, manual reset button, manual stop button, manual start button, x10 min preset button and x1 min preset button; and in the back, there are volume regulating knob, loudspeaker and power cable. The device has remote controlled and/or manual time presetting, starting, stopping and reset operations, forward and backward time counting display and phonetic prompt. It is especially suitable for argument, lecture and other time limiting fields.
