    The utility model discloses an electronic instrument tuner which comprises an input operation unit, a SCM control unit and an LCD display unit; the input operation unit comprises a select input operation unit used for generating pulse signal; the SCM control unit comprises a select control unit which is corresponding to the select input operation unit and is used for finishing the selection of the chord order; a signal is connected between the select input operation unit, the select control unit and the LCD display unit; select input operation unit is an encoding device which can send out pulse signal to the select control unit. Applied to the utility model, the rotary encoding device can select chord order via a chord order select process fixed on the SCM to avoid the cockamamie things caused by the prior electronic instrument tuner using key input to select chord order, and it can finish the chord order of the electronic instrument tuner conveniently and fast.
