Abstract:
    The utility model discloses a time-measuring device for supersonic time-measuring system. The device includes supersonic transmitter, supersonic receiver, signal porch detector, timing counter, counter clock pulse, frequency counter and time calculation unit. The utility model utilizes signal porch detector to make the timing counter stop counting when the count pulse porch and the received supersonic signal porch coincide, and the timing error is decreased. The time-measuring error can be further decreased through increasing the time-measuring frequency. The utility model has simple circuit and low cost, and it can acquire time-measuring precision of nanosecond even subnanosecond magnitude under the relatively lower count frequency. The utility model can be widely applied in supersonic time-measuring system.
