     The invention discloses a new periodic measurement device and method of swinging object, which comprises the following steps: shooting the real-time swinging object continually; sending the digital image information to the personnel computer through USB data line; removing the background swinging of image to detect and locate the maximum position of swinging displacement; counting the swinging period; drafting the swinging curve and storing in the database to supplying the off-line study and analysis of swinging condition.
