     A mobile communication terminal with stop-watch function and its executive method of its stop-watch function include: step of deciding whether the stop-watch function is selected; setting step of choosing counting state with one mode from appreciation counting system or depreciation counting system; step of setting needed counting time in choosing depreciation counting system; setting step of choosing display device used for displaying counting operating status; step of displaying elapsed time according to the set display mode within the set time in accordance with the set counting style; step of exporting voice frequency used for prompting the end of the stop-watch function. The significance effect of this invention lies in that the identification for stop-watch mobile communication terminal can be enhanced and many changes for stop-watch time executive mode can be performed in accordance with the user's set.
