Abstract:
     The invention relates to a meter which comprises: a frame with a tube mounting hole and a screw hole with right angle connection to the mounting hole; a handle axle tube with outer surface matched to the concave part, wherein the handle axle tube also comprise: an insert part inserted into the tube mounting part to contracted from the outer part of frame; and the handle axle tube has a frame external protruding part outside the frame with external screw, a waterproof stuff between the tube mounting hole and the insert part; a mounting screw screwed into said screw hole to move front and back while it is inserted into the match concave part to hole the handle axle tube on the frame, and a handle head with inner cylinder part inserted into the insert part, while it comprises an internal screw detachably screwed on said external screw and an external cylinder supported on the outer frame.
