Abstract:
     The invention relates to a meter with at least one decorated movable element (5), wherein said movable element (5) is under the dial plate; said dial plate (4) is arranged with four windows that rotating around the axle parallel with the bottom of meter; one end is arranged with tooth ring (52) meshed with the round tooth rail (76) of plate disk; said plate disk (7) is under the moving device (19) of meter and rotates around the axle vertically to the bottom; the weight blocks of plate disk (7) are asymmetry distributed to generate one imbalance degree, to make the plate disk rotate around the axle when the meter moves.
