Abstract:
    A molding method for a timepiece gear train support plate capable of forming a side hole without using a core, a molding die for molding the timepiece gear train support plate, the timepiece gear train support plate molded from it and a timepiece equipped with this, are provided. In the forming method of the timepiece gear train support plate, a pair of molding dies provided with a plurality of projections on facing surfaces are put close, the tip ends of a plurality of projections of molding die on one side among the pair of the molding dies are fitted in between the tip ends of a plurality of projections on the other side. A molding material is cast into vacancies formed by the pair of molding dies, and the timepiece gear train support plate equipped with side holes corresponding to a series of tip ends mutually fitting in the projections of the pair of molding dies is formed.
