Abstract:
     The holographic hard X-ray interference equipment includes synchronous hard X-ray radiation source, the first glancing reflector and the second glancing reflector set axially symmetrically in the outgoing direction of the hard X-ray, one light barrier set between these two glancing reflectors, and one record medium in the direction of the hard X-ray reflected by these two glancing reflectors. The parts are so arranged that the hard X-rays from the synchronous radiation source and un-blocked by the light barrier are reflected by these two glancing reflectors to divided into reference beam and object beam, the object beam after passing through the tested sample is superposed with the reference beam to generate interference on the record medium. Hard X-ray hologram may be obtained through twice exposure including once with the tested sample and the other without the tested sample, and may be computerized reconfigured to obtain the phase information of the tested sample.
