Abstract:
    The present invention provides a developer-isolating member, the developer supplied to static latent image holder from the developing sleeve by contacting with the surface of the developing sleeve. The developer-isolating member is combined with a rubber elastic body and a hard substrate and the compound is joined together with vulcanized binder. The developer-isolating member has satisfactory stable developer-isolating performance and excellent durability such as wear resistance.
