Abstract:
     Artificial natural fibre leather used as intermediate shoe sole is made up by use of dry continuous technology, which includes such technological steps as feeding, conpensation, stretching, immersion, presscerized osmose, vulcanization, baking, rolling for smoothing, marking and coiling. Associated equipment are feeder, compensator, stretcher, unit for immersion, pressurization and osmose, vulcanization and bake mechanism, rolling and printing unit and coiler. Obtained leather features appearance similar to true leather, lighter weight, water resistance, and low cost.
