Abstract:
     This invented process includes such technological steps as respectively pugging foaming and antiwear materials to make synthetic colloidal slices, loading them into mould proportionally, and one-pass sulfurization at a certain temp for a certain time to obtain foam rubber sole which features light weight, softness and comfort. The process has the advantages of less raw material consumption and simple technology.
