Abstract:
     The invention relates to a luminescence emitting personal articles and its manufacturing method, including: preparing EL(ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT) plate, wire, control circuit and power supply unit, making high pressure vacuum glue passing and water-proofing treatment on the EL plate so as to make the EL plate really have extremely good water-proofing function and connecting one end of the EL plate with that of the wire, connecting the wire with the control circuit, extending the wire to connect to the power supply unit, and making glued sealing treatment on the power supply unit and power supply wires, then fixing the EL plate in the apparent place of the outside of main body of the articles, and burying the wires and power supply unit inside the main body of the articles.
