Abstract:
     The composite shoe heel material is prepared via compounding elastic polyurethane material and carbon fiber as basic materials. The thermoplastic elastic polyurethane material has very high physical strength, high wear resistance and elasticity; and the coal tar asphalt is produced into asphalt fiber via eddy current process. The said two kinds of material are sprayed and formed into the heel material and the resultant heel material has the excellent characteristics of both polyurethane and asphalt fiber, including high elasticity, high tear strength, high toughness, good anti-slip property and high antiwear.
