Abstract:
     A heel turning over footwear comprises a sole and an upper which is composed of a front upper and a rear upper, in which the front upper is fixed onto a front end of the sole, and the rear upper is fixed onto a side of a U-shaped tread, at the front end of which a spring bolt hole is arranged, the spring bolt hole is fit to a spring bolt, the front and rear of the spring bolt are actively mounted in a groove located on the sole below the rear end of the front upper, a rear side of the spring bolt is connected to the front end of a push rod of the spring bolt, a middle part of the push rod of the spring bolt is actively passed through a hole of the push rod of the spring bolt in the sole, and a rear section of the push rod of the spring bolt is protruded out of the rear end of the sole.
