Abstract:
     The invention discloses an auto mould opening mechanism for shoe making. The mechanism consists of: bracket, template, lower die, cavity, upper die cover. The upper die cover and the template are mounted on the bracket. The lower die is mounted on the template, characterized in that the above auto mould opening mechanism for shoe making also contains the clamp handle, pressing plate, die-opening transmission device, clamp-opening transmission device, compacting transmission device. The above upper die cover is mounted on the bracket through the crank shaft. At the time of opening the mould, the mould retainer is also lifted at the same time. The above clamp handle, die-opening transmission device, clamp-opening transmission device, compacting transmission device are mounted on the bracket. The above mould-opening transmission device is connected with the mould-opening crank shaft. The clamp-opening transmission device is connected with the clamping handle. The compacting transmission device is connected to the pressing plate. There are two such clamping handles, which are mounted on the template. A groove is available in each of the two handles in a symmetrical way. A cavity, which is formed by the above grooves when the two handles are clamped against each other, corresponds to the bottom die. This is clamped against each other. The above pressing plate is located on the outer end surface of the clamp handles. Auto pressing and opening of die can be realized with the above scheme.
