Abstract:
     An improved image processing technique includes masking the too bright or too dark part of original digital image, automatically calculating the thresholds for brightness and darkness, calculating the average hue angle value of the original digital image in the masked area, and adding the original image to modifying image by the opaqueness' specific weight distribution. It can regulate the brightness of digital image.
