Abstract:
     The organic electroluminescence panel development equipment includes one development unit with development tank to provide development liquid and disperse development liquid on the surface of organic electroluminescence panel via soaking or spraying; one water washing unit with at least one water washing tank connected to the development unit to spray cleaning liquid to remove the residual development liquid on the electroluminescence panel; one drying unit with at least one blower to dry the washed electroluminescence panel; and one conveying unit to convey the electroluminescence panel in fixed rate inside the development equipment.
