Abstract:
    The invention discloses a producing method for nanometer fatty acid silver powder, it includes following steps: (1) dissolving fatty acid in mixed solvent of water and component solvent, then adding equal molar caustic soda solution, sodium aliphatate can be get after 1-3 hours; (2) using double control technology, under 25-40 deg.C temperature, inpouring sodium aliphatate solution and silver nitrate solution into the reaction system of water solution containing dispersant, anti-foam additive, organic solvent and 3 X 10 to power -2-8 X 10 to power -3 mol/l silver ion, then filtering, washing, drying to obtain the fatty acid silver dispersoid, and getting nanometer fatty acid silver powder. The fatty acid silver particle, which is get by above method, has good dispersivity, the size of particle can be controlled; the method has high automatic grade, short producing period, low cost, and is suitable to industrial production.
