Abstract:
    The present invention discloses the preparation process of photochromatic PVB film with one kind of nanometer composite photochromatic material. The photochromatic PVB film is prepared with photochromatic compound [R1]-[M]-[R2][R3], where [M] is naphtho- or benzo- oxazine or spiropyran group, [R1], [R2] and [R3] are different substituted groups; nanometer solid material and plasticized PVB resin. The photochromatic PVB film with photochromatic compound [R1]-[M]-[R2][R3] added has excellent photochromatic performance, and can develop color fast in high chroma under irradiaton of visible light or ultraviolet, and decolor fast in high fatigue resistance. This kind of material may be dissolved in various kinds of polymer medium. The present invention also introduces the preparation process of photochromatic PVB film for automobile.
